Lunauria LUX was born from a passion for creating exceptional moments through the art of candle making. We believe luxury is found in the details: the quality of ingredients, the care in craftsmanship, and the beauty of simplicity.
Each candle is meticulously handcrafted in Victoria, B.C. using premium natural waxes and carefully selected fragrance blends. We're dedicated to creating candles that transform spaces into sanctuaries of modern elegance and refined comfort.
We're proud to partner with The Gallery at Mattick's Farm as our first retail location, where art lovers and luxury enthusiasts can discover our collection in a beautiful, curated setting that perfectly complements our brand aesthetic.

Return Policy
We accept returns for candles that arrive damaged in transit or show a manufacturing defect. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
- Email [email protected] with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.
- We’ll confirm eligibility within one business day and provide a prepaid return label when a return is needed.
- Return shipments should be sent within 7 days of approval. Please retain tracking details for your records.
Once we verify the defect, we’ll ship a replacement candle or issue a refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Lunauria LUX covers all shipping costs for approved claims. Claims submitted after 7 days may not qualify for replacement.
Privacy & Data Use
We collect only the information needed to fulfill orders, process payments, and provide personalized support. This includes contact details, shipping addresses, and payment confirmations. We do not sell customer data.
Third-party services such as Stripe (payments) and Google Analytics (site performance insights) may process data securely on our behalf. All integrations comply with applicable privacy legislation in Canada.
